Ruby Consulting provides a service for Start Up's and investors alike, by matching together people who wish to invest in certain sectors and those entrepreneurs who seek funding to commercialise and grow their companies.

Ruby operates primarily in the Life Sciences and Green/Clean Tech arenas although expertise can be brought to bear in Engineering and ICT also.

Ruby will meet with Start Up's and discuss their commercialisation strategy, marketing, licensing, corporate protection and financial plans and then targets a selected group of potential investors.

Ruby will engage in all early stage negotiations with the two parties to set up a Memorandum of Investment (MI) that is amenable to all stakeholders.

Ruby can provide Search & Selection services for those companies that require additional human resources to grow their business, such as non-exec directors, or senior executive management teams.
